About Us

Meet the Team

Katy Evans started out on the reception desk as front of house for Meadow View Windows, before moving on to becoming office manager and accounts administrator, then the final destination being director.

Richard Jones began and spent many years as an installer, working with all of the products we currently install, from there he went into the role of installation manager, before his final destination of director.

Both Katy and Richard have always been local to the area, with Richard being from Newtown, Powys and Katy in a small village just outside Welshpool, Powys.

With many years within this industry, we pride ourselves on our ability to listen to the customer's requirements, offering guidance and advice where appropriate, followed by our ability to design a high quality product.

Working together with our close knit team, a high standard of workmanship is always expected and we are proud of the top quality products we offer, the team we have at Meadow View Windows and we will continue to strive for perfection with every single installation.

Meadow View Windows

Approximately 90% of Meadow View's business is made up from domestic customers. We are always invited to quote, we never cold call to gain business. A quotation is then sent to the customer for their perusal within a few days of the initial visit - it is never followed up by a pestering phone call.

Much of our business is gained on recommendation from existing customers, from our advertisements in local newspapers and from previous customers returning when more work is required. We take pride in the fact that our customers welcome our refreshing approach and our belief in the quality of our products and services provided.

All Meadow View Windows installers are trained, experienced and work solely for Meadow View. They arrive on-site in sign written vans (dustsheets and hoovers in tow!) Installers are paid by the hour - not on a price per job basis, therefore ensuring time is taken for high attention to detail. We do occasionally have to use sub-contractors (for building works, electrical works, carpentry and plastering) however, we remain loyal to the select few that we believe maintain the high standard of workmanship that Meadow View Windows have come to expect.
